Gear Grinding

Siapi Smartech has been specializing in precision grinding for over 30 years and is able to offer its customers a complete range of products specific for gear grinding.

For this application, our R&D department has developed specific wheels with dedicated binders based on various parameters.

For the processing of the gears, after they have undergone the heat treatment, we offer ceramic bonded wheels that allow to obtain an excellent finish degree combined with a high stock removal.

These wheels, particularly suitable for all those applications where very tight tolerances are required, are available in two variants: profiled (basing on the customer's drawings) and non-profiled.

Our technicians specialized in grinding, after analyzing the processes on the production lines, are able to design "TAILOR MADE" tools for any application, with the aim of reducing the incidence of the cost/piece.
